Negative: Pool was under renovation

Will definitely be coming back and rebooking my stay here Positive: The bed was super comfortable, good size fridge, the view from the balcony at night is what I loved the most (it’s a apartment in the middle of Davao, it’s not gonna be a super crazy view of the rainforest but it was pretty for where I booked, that I completely understood.) On rainy nights it was super cute with the lit up billboard and had the curtains open, super comfy vibes. THE SECURITY WAS TOP TIER! Had a security guard at the gate, at the parking garage and someone at the front desk always greeting you. Definitely felt safe and my stuff was secure to leave my belongings while I was out on my adventures around Davao. The tankless hot water heater was amazing, had tons of appliances and cookware to cook anything. Loved the washer so I can do my own clothes, hung them out on the chairs on the balcony during the day. I did get sick towards the end of my vacation so I was lucky there was a pharmacy at the NCC Mall close by. I had also rented a motorbike and was given a parking space close by the elevator. Negative: Would love to see either a water filtration system for Drinkable water or a water refill service on large jugs of water. The pool was closed during my entire stay due to construction.
