Great location for a family or group of 4. Conveniently located beside Abreeza /Ayala mall. Positive: The property was clean and well maintained. Our stay was very comfortable. Negative: The only inconvenience i have is that the parking space had to pay separately, for 500 Php a night.

A perfect stay with amazing views and unbeatable convenience in the heart of the city Positive: Aeon Towers Private Presidential Residence is perfectly located in the heart of Davao City, offering stunning views of the city and ocean, and conveniently situated right next to a mall. Negative: There’s honestly nothing I can think of that I didn’t like about Aeon Towers Private Presidential Residence…everything from the location to the views and amenities was excellent.

Positive: Good location Negative: At night we can hear the noise from the club

Positive: Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and our family truly enjoyed the experience. Negative: The parking area in the building was quite confusing, and it seemed that the elevator located there was not operational at the time of our visit. While I completely understand that this falls outside the host’s direct responsibility, it would be greatly appreciated if they could raise this concern with the building management for future guests’ convenience.
