Amazing I felt comfortable Positive: First of all, I liked the welcome and reception from the staff heir service with us, the smoothness a speed of dealing, the completion of the check-in procedures, the quietness in the corridors and rooms, and the cleanliness,the view is amazing . Negative: Outdoor pool was out of service and gym room was out of service and just a note we came at 9 pm check in was 10 pm then we only stayed for 8 hours at 8 am we checked out do we have a reward when we book next time

Good location, need to fix customer service Positive: Good location next to Abreeza mall, relatively new apartment Negative: Agreed we arrived no hot water, refrigerator didn’t work, no bowls or kitchen towels, key hard to work. In fairness, everything was fixed but you can only message and they make take a couple of hours to respond. No human to speak too
