Positive: The room was clean and comfortable, walking distance to Abreeza mall, staff and security are excellent. Communication with Bleuspace staff are great. Negative: We find it quite expensive. We stayed in other comdotels in bohol and cebu on our trip and we paid half the price in Solea Cebu with a resort and full buffet breakfast. Hall ways going to the room needs improvement its quite dark and hot. No laundry service, no breakfast. I think its just too expensive. I hope they can make adjustments coz the property is good but has limited services .

Positive: Everything was amazing, from the check-in to the check-out. This place is very cozy and feels like home away from home. There is everything you may need during your stay. Being so close to Abreeza Ayala makes it very convenient for shopping. The host is also very friendly and always quick to answer any questions you may have. Me and my girlfriend are returning guests and we will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Davao! Highly recommended and excellent value for the money! Negative: N/A
