Disappointing Negative: The main reason we did not like this property is that we were on the 16th Floor and opposite the door to our apartment was the garbage room. The door to the garbage room was always left open as the door closer on the garbage room door was broken. At various times when coming back to the apartment there was a horrible smell of garbage in the alleyway outside of our apartment door. I did report this to the building management and they said they would install a door closer on the garbage room door and put a sign up to tell people to close the door after them. None of this was done during our stay there despite various conversations with the management, even one night when coming back a cockroach entered our room as soon as I opened the door, I presume this came from the garbage room as again the door was always open, despite various messages from the building management that they would do something, nothing was ever done. Also in the Booking.com website it says there is a washing machine in the apartment, there was no washing machine, the property management said none of the apartments had washing machines so Booking.com need to update their website regarding this.

Positive: A perfect condo in the new Aeon Towers which is located next to Abreeza mall.
