Perfect place to stay in Davao Positive: Perfect stay - big and modern apartment. Close to the mall. All is like the photos. Very private and great view from high floor.

Conveniently located, but expensive, good-sized room Positive: Room was spacious with good view. I was able to check in a little early which was helpful. Owner was responsive to queries and issues. Funky modern room with unusual and colourful decor. Negative: Over-priced, especially for a longer stay. Water heater insufficient for a decent hot shower. So many cushions half of them have to be stowed away in order to use the furniture! Would be useful to have info sheets with wifi passwords, advice on amenities and instructions for equipment.
